[center]Ok I know what your thinking:
"WTF? Another site based off of FPS Creator?! What dose this one have the others don't?"

The site is kinda like gamespot only for FPS Creator Created Games. What we do is search the forum for new game postings threads. We will add it to the site and then we let people:

------------
Write Reviews For It:

Soon we will let users write reviews for the games. On like a scale between 1 and 10. To see whitch game has the best ratings and whitch has to worst. You must register with the site to do this. We will review SOME of the games aswell and post our ratings.

------------
Submit Stuff
------------

Walkthoughs:
Members can feel free to write guides for the game. Like how to beat it and others.

Cheats:
Members can also submit cheats. Like hidden stuff, etc.

Easter Eggs:
You can also submit Easter Eggs as well.

Credits:
Feel free to post the credits on the site to credit who helped make it.

------------
News:

We will post news on each game. And also let users submit news too. Example:

-
Dark Faction 2 News
12/11/06: Dark Faction 2 Released
12/1/06: New DF2 screen shots
10/2/06: DF2 Announced
-

------------
Forums:

The site also has a forum where people can talk about FPS Creator, and its games. Just a very small basic forum.

(Forum layout not complete)
------------
Chat Rooms:

The site will also have a chat room part where people can...talk. And also find somebody to play an MP game with .

------------
Sale:

On each game page if there is a game listed on the site that is for sale we will post a link to the games website shop where players can buy the game. Good way to advertise your product.

------------
Profiles:

Each user comes with them a profile. On the profile you can edit what games you have released. And fill out things like "About Me","Friend List", etc.

(Profiles part not complete)
------------
Whats New Page:

When ever we make an update to the site you can find out about it on the Whats New Page. When you submit info about a game we will credit you.

------------------------Posting Your Game To The Site------------------------------------
We are working on a forum to let people submit their games to the site. But if you can't wait for that feel free to e-mail me as much info about it above as possible. E-Mail: alscott@rock.com [
------------------------------------------------

So umm thats about it. More stuff will be added. Please stop and visit us. It took a lot of work but it was fun anyway. And feel free to do stuff there. The site as of now is very bare. Submit a game to us and we will add stuff. Everything should be just about ready by the end of the week or so.

Thanks guys!

Hey AlanC, I would like to help you out on website and somewhat be a part of it. The idea is great but as said the layout doesn't reflect any of the features that were listed. If you need help you can email at dalcocer410@gmail.com or if you have MSN you can add me. I could get an easy CMS and forum on there in no time. I would like to hear from you soon .

@ AlanC

I like the posted thread the idea sounds nifty enough... But there right about the site... Just doesnt have a warm feeling to it. To me it kinda has a cold and dark feeling to it. Plus your running static pages so page load after page load gets old quick...

You may want to consider a CMS (Content Management System)that way you have an active database and a front end that way you dont have to code every page you review....

But now taking a second glance at your site I can see your going to be pretty limited to what you can do to your site due to your hosting situation...

Now if it was me and let's say I had no cash for starters how would I go about getting a site that compliments what my idea was. Well the first thing I would do is google out the free hosting sites with the requirements I need. Well free is a great keyword, hosting is another to add in the search then also php and mysql then hit a search and now I would look for the review sites that review all these free web hosting companies and look for one with these features
1. space
2. bandwidth
3. no forced ad's (maybe a text link but thats only a maybe)
4. Needs to support my cms (Need to decide on a CMS)
5. Does it support php / mysql (Most CMS's are in this format "No not all just the popular ones)

Now once I found my host and secured my free host then I would get to work on thinking about what CMS I wanted to use. Alot of people like PHPNuke others like XOOM actually there are many to choose from and I dont have all day to run off all the vendors here.

Once I got my latest copy of the CMS and uploaded it to my server now its time to hunt down a theme (The look for your site) There are a ton of free theme sites out there and easy to find with google

Now once I got my theme uploaded along with everything else uploaded its time to put things together (This is where you get to read alot or hit people like me up and ask us to get you started)

Once the site is up then you can go from the backend to the front end where you don't need to know programming and you can write your reviews as you see fit.

I know this really sounds like alot but really this all can be done in under 40 mins. (Without customization) And I would believe you would be more satisified with your site in the long run if you went this way.

Only other thing I didnt mention was pointing your domain but seems you already did that once so I dont believe I have to explain how to do that again.

You actually have nothing.

If you are going to post about your FPSC related site you should have FPSC related content on it.
