i doubt a mod approved this...theres no information on the project, your asking for experienced coder's and artists with nothing to show, and with a website that just recently gone up...i checked your site, couldn't really find anything as to what you do...and you have two people on your 'team'

so, more info on project and pay...if you have neither and expect people to signup for your project, you'll be very disappointed.

Well I would suggest that you give us some screens and possibly a demo of this game before requesting. Especially seeing as this is in WIP.
