They're both good. Nothing immediately wrong with with there shapes or any noticable flaws. I assume that tracks will be added to the tank though?
Any details regarding their purpose? I'd love to list reasons why the tank isnt suitable for in game!

You'll be older too. And if you say the word, I could stay with you.

Your barrels and wheels have far too many polygons, really a 16 side cylinder is enough for a wheel, I've no idea what you've used there but you need to cut that down a lot. I never use cylinders, I use extruded polylines at the minimum detail I can get away with, it's a good habit to get into with game modelling.
