Ok, howcome someone overthere finds it nessissary to keep botching up my purchase of UNITY LUA? First, they create a key for an email address other than the one I specified in the order. Then they give me a spiel about a fraud alert. Then they give me a working key for the email that I specified, and now that key doesn't work anymore as the machine key was deleted. WHAT IN THE FRIGGEN HELL YOU GUYS. Get your act together and fix this bullcrap already. I can't even use the product I purchased. Jayzuz.

Don't tell me to contact support, I contacted them 2 times about this (I think even 3) and all I got was a deleted machine key error.

Fix it or give me my money back. It's that simple. As it stands, I can't use UNITY LUA because I can't get past the activation nag for it.

If I come across abit nasty, it's because I've been dealing with this since Jan 5th.

Well it's only been 3 months

In any case I think you'll find it is quite faster and more helpful if you will email RickV directly and calmly/thoroughly explain the situation to him. He has been nothing but helpful and professional to me. Thats the channel I use when support channels fail.

I'm locking this thread for two reasons:

1) because it is being dealt with via email, and
2) because the problem was simple user error (he has 2 keys, he was typing in the wrong one)

Cheers,

Rich
