Hello everyone,
i have been thinking about armor and i think i know how to do it.
You no how your life doesent decrease until your health reaches 0?
Well what if you changed your health hud to say "armor" unstead. Then changed your lives hud to say "health".

If you threw in some skilled scripting you could make it so health wouldent decrease until you had lost all of your armor,

just a thought,

This is what you would do. When your health reaches 1, change your health hud to an armor hud and increase your health by 99, and then when your health reaches zero you die.

The problem with the lives idea is that every time your lives go down, you die.

Most games have a more complex armor system, taking away less life the more armor you have.
