I have downloded dbp files & have notice that I can see & use there game files, models, art work, etc. Is there a way to hide them or is there a .dll that I can use.

Thank You,
William

hiding them wouldn't help, you can still see hidden files

You can include the resources in the final compiled exe.

Thanks in advance.

"well, compiled EXEs are pretty encrypted"

The moment you run the exe though, all the "encrypted" media is copied to an easily accessible dbpdata directory in the users' Temp folder. From there, it's just a case of copy and paste.

If you want security for your media, you COULD use Guy Savoie's RGT Zip Tools DLL available from http://www.realgametools.com.
You can put your media into password protected zip files and then unload the files directly into memblocks. This won't protect you from anyone who has any cracking skill, but it'll keep you safe from the average user.

Do you want Windows menus in your DBP apps? - Get my plugin: http://snow.prohosting.com/~clone99/downloads/tpc_menus_102.zip
