hello everybody -

I´m new around here and still searching for some easy-to-use gameengine. seems I´m on the right place for this so i download the trialversion to see how i can import/export readymade 3d-geometry from my 3dpackage.
on the mainpage here it`s written any usual 3d-format is possible to work with but the manual wich comes with says nothing about, maybe because it`s the trial? so what to do for not using the standard-prefabs and -textures? somewhere i read that *.x-files will be used internally so maybe a converter helps out.
but i have no idea for general procedere.

thanks i.a. for every suggestions

& greetings, U.

I don't understand. Are you talking about FPSC? maybe you're in the wrong forum.

let's see there are several 3d programs or whatever you want.

Game Engines -
real easy to use is the game maker, it's a game makin' wizards is that what your talking about.

But if you were looking for some tips, I would definetly get a software that can export/import to a .x file or has a plugin to it. Do you want some texture makers? I'm confused

to the ones thats trapped inside of you, this is it!!

hi guys-

my intention is not to create an egoshooter but kind of museum with interactivity(show my 3d work as animationloops).done that 2 years ago in virtools, but there wasnt any possibility to publish.
so i start again : first tried irrlicht, but there i`m complete lost.
thats why i`m landed here.

question again: does have FPSC(full version) import/export-capacity for *.x and/or *.3ds-files and wich textureformat will be accepted?

and how do i have to divide my meshes to work properly further in FPSC?

hope that i now clearly pointed out my request

regards, U.
