I was just wondering if it was possible? because i cant get it to work for some reason

Yep.I have been working on the next version of Pwned Arena and you can do lightmapping in Multiplayer.I didn't think of it until I tried it that you could use static lighting.

ah! because i did place some static lights down, however it would not let me change the size of the lights do you know how ? it works in single player but the option just wasnt there on multiplayer

Click on the file>preferences and switch it to a single player game and do your lightmapping.Then when you are done lightmapping
you can switch it back to MP.
I don't remember who posted and told me this but my thanks to them.

u sure that will work, because some of my previous multiplayer attempts failed because i had started the levels as SP and changed them to MP afterwards, so now i can only do them if i start the map as a MP from the beggining

nah it works. infact, it also works for changing the properties of most things, such as the starting health of characters, and their speed.

You have to start the map as MP then use the file>preferences to change it to single player and make the adjustments then go back to MP.

does it work for changing the starting weapons? because its a pain in the [backside] having to go through the fpe files lol, oh and thanks that lightmapping thing worked great
