it does look quite cool with the changing colours and stuff, try some improvements, such as mouse control,rubber/eraser, vary the size of the the circle,make a filled circle function, try and do loading and saving of bitmaps.
it has pretty colours

You could put it as in the source code to make it into a single line. Thus leaving another 19 lines for you to add new features to the program.

I started developing a 20-line command driven version of this where you have control over the colour, but it only makes a thin 1-pixel line. Now I've decided to expand it beyond 20 lines so it has a file>save pull down menu etc. so you can save all your commands, or write a program for it in notepad. Thanks for giving me the idea for it.
