Hello, I want to learn to make video games. I'd like to learn to make games with a style similar to this..

Thanks for visiting my site.

I think that game was made with Flash.
I did not make the game but I did get it from one of the sites that have games that you can host on your site.
But I think if you google Flash tutorial or something like that you might be able to find what you are looking for.
