I'll see if I can locate both the book & CD. Give me 24hrs. If so, I will send it to you for free (mine is the first edition by Jonathon Harbour - I believe).

I'll email you later today to find at your address. I'm from NY, United States. So if you are in the US I won't caharge you anything. If oversees I'll need to find out what it will cost me to ship.

I'll have to see how much it will cost to ship (I don't think it will be that much), may take a while to get to you.

I found the book, Unforturnately the CD was not in the book jacket.I just need to search through my CD-BOOK collection tonight. And if I have it, I'll email you. Unless you get a better offer.

Ooh, I forgot about this! I found the book and CD. It shouldn't cost me that much to ship, So I'll send it out to you tomorrow.

There are some errors in the first edition. be sure to check the website for Errata.

Mainly because I am Norwegian!
My Grandparents came over to the US in the late 40's I believe. I wish I could of made it to the family reunion in Norway. I have yet to visit, but it's definately on my list of "Things To Do In Life".
