How do I duplicate objects like Bullets, that have a forward moving script? I am trying to get when control is pressed, a red sphere shoots. Also, how can I set the program to have a delay in between shots?

And where is that?
EDIT:
Oh right, the sticky.
Edit again:
Wait, that one doesn't tell me what I am looking for.

Where is one that will tell me what I am looking for?
