i've tried to do this and FPSC isnt having any of it, i changed the file type to dss and tried most formats but it just makes the screen black, any suggestions?

I'm pretty stumped on that one. It seems they're all in DDS format. I'll look into it...

There's your problem. Your background needs to be saved in the backdrops folder. Let's assume your texture is on the desktop. Cut it, go to The Game Creators, FPS Creator, Files, Gamecore, backdrops, and then paste it in there.

Oh, when I did this it was saved as a JPEG.

you can use menu maker from www.accode.com with that program you can custom your or any menu, and also use this program that converts jpeg to .dds its called DXTBmp.

i have another problem though, i cant change the background in the multiplater mode, cos if i do, and build the executable, it goes back to normal gameplay, not multiplayer.
