@Gir Unit - Yes I am very well versed in alpha channels when doing texture work but thanks for the comment. But my experience is to many windows in a FPSC map tends to lag so the less on alpha the better off I tent to be.... Thats why those look like smoked glass instead of see through...
Also to your 2nd question. After using magicFPS to put things together I made up a sample directory....
starting with
files/segments
files/texturebank
files/entitybank
then I drop all my files I made with magicfps into there proper directory... Then comes the fun part opening each fps and fpe file and making sure all the directories point to how I made my changes in my file structure.
Once all that is done I used clickteam installer pro to make the installer
Oh as far as the meshes if you look at the script it uses standard FPSC mesh's so I did not have to incorperate that into the installer.
