Will there be the ability to assign damages to different parts of the body, ie, headshots :p and I lied 2nd how is multiplayer looking for X10?

You're looking for "Hit Boxes"; I'm not sure that will be the case. Good question though.

I think, since they are using ragdolls, Hit boxes should be easily implemented.

It may be something in the pipeline later on, though I'm not sure how people would impliment it in custom work.
