Will FPSC X10 be made available as an upgrade to all registered users?

I mean, I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra on top of what I have paid already (V1 plus the packs) but having to pay for a complete new product seems a bit too much.

Would we be getting more entities and characters with FPSC X10?

The idea of having to build a new pc with an Intel 6600, new motherboard, a 8800 nvidia gfx card and 2GB of memory just to run FPSC X10 is making my wallet cry!

I saw an NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT at Circuit City for $149 - $30 rebate = $119

Circuit City's website shows the price at $169 - $10 = $159

x10 is a whole new product so you won't get it for free.
The newsletter has a link to info on a DirectX 10 card for just under $100.

I know it's a new product, that's why I was asking: "Will registered users, who bought V1 and the packs, which by the way isn't perfect, because as everyone knows, it crashes, it's slow and you have to start your levels all over again, get the chance toi pay just a bit extra to have X10?"

I think it's fair that people who are new to FPSC and want to buy X10 should pay the full price while people like us who bought V1 and stuck with it should get the chance to upgrade for less money.

Thank you.

There has been no news as to a discount for current FPSC users. I suspect their won't be any till you see the actual sales page.

Oh, I am sure I got an email from one of the TGC guys saying that this might be an option...we'll have to wait and see then, I hope X10 is going to be out soon, my V1 is still giving low frame rate and crashes, I hope a better version will come out soon.
