moonpath I think is a decal overlay to simulate tire tracks

motion tracker is a dynamic entity that animates. By default I don't think it does more than that but there are scripts out there that make it so it can "see" the player thus trigger enemies

alienglobes and radio I think are just items that you can make be objectives like the briefcase fullocash or the documents.

these are only guesses in that is all I have found use for them
