Hi there,

can someone please explain the spot lights from dark lights to me?
I've read the help file entry of this command, but i still don't understand all parameters.
First: in which way are the dirX, dirY and dirZ values related to degrees?

And why is angle1 a degree value?
I thought that ang2 sets how much of a circle the spot light shows and ang1 the size of the inner lighted spot, so why a degree value?
Also i recognized some strange behaviour when fiddeling around with the ang1 and ang2 values in the radiosity example.
The distance of the spot light cone from the wall changes when changing those values.

A lot of cunfusion - maybe i'm just too dumb, but could someone bother explaining this command to me?

Thanks!
