FPSC Classic Product Chat / Cel shader?

I was wondering how you can change the shaders in FPSC but that isn\'t all and I prob. could of found that using search but here is the my other question. Is there a cel shader that I could use?
Please help me out.

Those aren't supported yet. You can get them through a source edit though.

Yeah but he says it doesn't work and I wasn't sure if it was a shader like JET SET RADIO FUTURE. I'm NOT that blind.
