add a armature
add the nesoserry bones (recwires alot of practice! and pachence)
pairent the armature to the mesh and salect create groops
create your vert groops and you should be able to moove the mesh with the armature!

do not use armature modifires! thay dont work with the direct x exporter, also dont put any spaces in the names.
