I agree completely. You do have the option of ordering from us instead of RGT, but when RGT is delivering normally it is faster than from the UK to US. Although in this circumstance it would appear you'd have had a similar delivery time either way. We do guarantee the order though so as a last resort we can ship it out to you, but you're right it still shouldn't stop you getting any kind of feedback/response from the RGT team - even if it's just a "we're backlogged with orders, give us a week". Some response is better than nothing.
