I ordered DBPro on 5/10 and still haven't received it as of today. I emailed Real Game Tools a couple of days ago, but got no reply yet. Talk about poor support...I hope DBS has better support than Real Game Tools. Anyway, how long does it usually take for us to get our order?
I live in the U.S. And who else can I ask?

I didn't get any emails back for about a week..
then in was shipped and I got it in 2 weeks..
RGT is just one guy..

Great!!!!!! That's the worst support I've ever had...That's why I hate it when I have to pay through PayPal because they take my money RIGHT AWAY and when we've people like RGT who does ZERO follow-up (except that 'I got your money' email receipt)! It DISGUSTS me!!!

RGT is a small business operation. There was a delay in delivering my order as well, due to an illness in the family. They are slow, but they will come through.

DBS guarantees they will deliver, and if in an extreme case that they don't, my understanding is that DBS will send you a copy direct for no cost.

When I ordered it online, that's where I got directed to: RGT. I have no choice. So, don't get smart with me, haXor. After this time, I don't think I'll ever order from them.

And it's not whether or not DBS guarantees that they will deliver. RGT should update their customers on the status of their orders. You just can't leave people in the dark. I was so excited to get it when I placed my order, but now, it's like whatever...

I agree completely. You do have the option of ordering from us instead of RGT, but when RGT is delivering normally it is faster than from the UK to US. Although in this circumstance it would appear you'd have had a similar delivery time either way. We do guarantee the order though so as a last resort we can ship it out to you, but you're right it still shouldn't stop you getting any kind of feedback/response from the RGT team - even if it's just a "we're backlogged with orders, give us a week". Some response is better than nothing.
