i am making a math game in which you have to answer questions and i have been trying to find a way to have random questions asked. would i be able to just place each of the questions along with their answers in a different section and then at the end of each section have it go to a random section between # and #?

An easier way might be to store the questions and answers in arrays and read a random entry in the array.

e.g.

+ Code Snippet

dim question$(10)
dim answer$(10)

question$(1)="What is 2x2?"
answer$(1)="4"

... other q and a pairs go here

cls
pick=rnd(9)+1 : rem random number between 1 and 10
print question$(pick)
input your_answer$
if your_answer$=answer$(pick) then print "Correct!" else print "Incorrect!"
end

EDIT: Use a loop if you want multiple questions to be asked

For my maths game I did something like this.

+ Code Snippet

Number1=rnd(50)
Number2=rnd(50)
Number3=Number1+Number2



Print Number1
Print "+"
Print Number2
Print "="
input "? ",answer$
answer=val(answer$)
if answer=number3
;do your correct answer code;
else
;do your wrong answer code;
endif

This is not the whole code, just some snippets that could prove useful
