I started to uninstall fpsc then i stoped so now im missing files. What i really want to do it keep all me entity, scripts, guns and so on and just restart fpsc. How? And the reason i started to uninstall was because the build game wasnt moving.

You are probably going to have to completely uninstall and then reinstall FPSC.
Partial uninstalling is never a good idea.

Right, make sure you backup you maps and files. Do a full Uninstall and reinstall the game and you should be fine.
