So...

-Downloaded Classic from the site.
-Encountered the flashing screen issue.
-Located the solution on these boards (need to upgrade to 1.13)
-Downloaded patch and attempted to apply it BUT it doesn't recognize the files to upgrade and fails. Yikes?

According to the "about Darkbasic" readme apparently I have:
Version 1.0.8 ( 01 / FEB / 2001 )

can anyone help please?
