I was wondering if it is possible to put a character or objects into the map. I want to use the dungeon as a level but I don't understand how to add objects or a character. Can anyone help me? I am doing this for a scool project and I am completely stuck. Thanks for your time.

page 39 of the manual would be a good start, this will tell you how to manipulate the camera in the context of being a player.

page 43 teaches how to load an enemy and move it about.

Pathfinding in dungeons is a bit more complicated, significantly infact - if you want your monsters to move around inteligently it will be no easy task - random movement however isn't so bad, but we'll deal with that when you get to it.

So would it be possible to do a Pac Man like game where a character would collect some sort of object, even if it is just small spheres or something? Using the dungeon or is there an easier way by just doing it on a matrix or something. I have tried most tutorials and they are confusing to me, but I will look at p. 39 and 43. Thank for your help.

Yes, it's possible. However, you really shouldn't be trying to use tutorials until you understand every line of code in them. Try lower down, walk through DBpro's tutorials one by one, and then try the ones on the site.

Also, sorry pd, but I have to disagree with the first part. Generally I think that using a hidden object or sphere for the player and positioning the camera in it is better. At first it's a pain, but as you keep programming your game, you'll start finding reasons that will make you glad you did it.
