How can I import into DBC other model formats?

You can't. DBC only supports .x and .3ds.

But you can convert other formats into .x or .3ds
with Milkshape3d or Deep Explortation

Like Jack said, you'll need to use a program to convert to .X or .3ds. There are a ton of 'em out there for .obj including a slew of free 3d programs that will do the job : Wings, Blender, Deled, Anim8or...

However, I don't know about .dff - Renderware? That's video game consul format I think. I'm not sure how that would be converted unless you by some chance have the Renderware software and it has an export to other format option.
