ok i understand most of the .x file however i'm unsure of the following part:

FrameTransformMatrix {
1.000000, 0.000000, 0.000000, 0.000000,
0.000000, 1.000000, 0.000000, 0.000000,
0.000000, 0.000000, 1.000000, 0.000000,
0.000000, 0.000000, 0.000000, 1.000000;;
}

i know it's talks about rotating the object and movement which is what i need as i'm trying to make something that loads in a .x file however in order to load in something with multiple mesh's i need to better understand this tidbit

edit:

o yea and don't think i didn't google for this but i kept getting stuff about the x files and it's nearly 2 am where i live and i wanna get back to work asap

The frame transformation matrix is used to position, rotate & scale (i.e. transform) the limbs of the model with respect to the root bone(limb). So in other words if the model is placed at X,Y,Z, rotated rX, rY, rZ and scaled at sX, sY, sZ applying the frame transformation matrix (via matrix math) to those will properly position rotate and scale the limb.

Here are some links to explain it in more detail:
