pretty chunky in comparison to the size of the barrel, might want to make the body alot thinner so i looks longer and not like an smg.

nice though, cool sights.

Looks great, but a little messy. I'm no 3d guru, but it looks like, almost- you tried too hard. Make the model simpler, adding/reducing poly's till you're about around 2100, then add another hand.

As Budha once said
"It's not all about the model, but texture bring's out it's life."

Even though Budha didn't say that, it's true. Also, is the (I imagine going-to-be alpha textured) sight a plane of 2 poly's, or a box? Make it a plane, because the player won't see the gun 360 degrees.

That's my tip.

It has actually got another hand. I dont quite understand how it looks like i tried too hard? ITs not like there are any random components that dont actually serve a purpose or anything?

The texture, however, will make it look a lot simpler. The sights are there for when I create the ironsights.

Yeah still using anim8or. Yeah not a big deal about the fingers, since you wont see them when in game
