Neither "set object rotation ZYX" nor "set object rotation XYZ" fulfill my purpooses. I just wrote a huge topic about this and the board deleted it when I tried to post it, so I really don't want to explain it all again (right now at least). In simple:

I've got an on-rails game where the camera goes wherever I want, so, active on-rails as I like to call it, because the cursor is permanently in front of the camera, and the space ship always moves towards the curor, wherever it is. The ship can roll, and points at the cursor at all times, so I have it set to ZYX, but now the active on-rails doesn't work, and the ship goes outside the camera's view (which isn't normally possible, since it's set to be pulled back in if it ventures off screen).

So,
ZYX-roll works, on rails doesn't
XYZ-on rails works, roll doesn't

Anyone got any ideas? If not, I'll post more later, when I'm not as mad at the boards. *shakes fist*

EzRotate is your best option, as it works in a way that we mortals can understand it easier.

However, you may have some other options, such as POINT OBJECT and POINT CAMERA. If you can position a dummy object where you want the camera to look, you can use these commands. Then, you only have to control the rolling of the ship.
