Actually, that's basically a closed, never ending loop and as there are no 'controls' code in there with it, the program would effectively lock up while the image was pasted at the same position on screen however many times a second your machine can handle.

I'm assuming that there's other code to go with this snippet as it doesn't make any sense. It's basically the same as:



Which could even be off-screen if you are in 800x600 screen mode...
