FPSC Classic Product Chat / Cannot get V1.04 to work.

I cannot get the next version of FPS creator to work for me. When I launch FPSC, it starts to load the new map, but then gives me an error message saying "The application has encountered a problem and needs to close. Extra Debug Info: 0.0" I have the latest drivers for my graphics card, I have the latest version of DX9, I do NOT have Vista. Does anyone know why this is happening?

V1.04 requires to be installed over an empty V1.00 install.If any other update was previously installed uninstall it,and install V1.00 again,then install V1.04 over it.

Fully un installed FPSC, and tried V1.04, same error.
