hi, all. I'm trying to make a model in blender, but i need to know, how do I weight the vertices so that they lag behind? is this done in blender or do I need to do something special in DB?

try googling the keywords "weighted vertices in blender"
It will lead you to some results.
One of the links appears to solve the problem you are experiencing.

If you spent 5 minutes in google, you would have started with some insight yesterday.
No one can hold your hand, you really have to apply yourself.
