I know this might may be simple to most people, but what I what I want to know can you create a small 3D building with 3DS MAX, like, e.g. The buildings in the Sim Games and HAVE COLLISION DETECTION USING THE 3DS MODEL BUILDINGS. I want somebody that knows about this to answer this question for me. I'm planning on buying a 3ds model on turbo squid that is 3ds and I am wondering will I have collision detection in it if it is a 3DS MODEL.
