I found a cool glitch while testing one of my games levels.
If you have a set of stairs, it can go as high as you want(i tried up to 3), and then you run and jump right before you get to the stairs, you will go up the stairs automatically and go really fast.
i would post a screeny but its kind of hard. Here are instructions though.
