I have developed a game using Dark Basic - It's very rare but occassionally I get a customer that say they just get a black screen - If they have another computer they can usually run it fine - but I still would like to solve this mystery.

Customer specs seem to have plenty of memory and newer computers with XP (but two customers mentioned they had these graphic cards - are they ok?)

- Nvidia 6200 OC 256Mb video card
- NVIDIA GeForce FX 5950 Ultra

I always suggest updating video drivers too.

I dont think its anything specific with my code since it works on 99% of all computers

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
Bill

I know that if you don't have 3D capabilities on yuor comuter it can't run darkbasic programs because it does 3D, even if the program is in 2D. Updating drivers is a good idea. Tell your customers to check their resoution as well. it should be 16 or 32, not 24. Also updating gaphics cards help.
Bear in mind I'm no expert.
