I'm having a very hard time understanding BSP. Does BSP hold the textures within the file or do they call a texture from a different folder? Next, I have 3DS Max 5 and I have no idea how to texture once i have a level, or a character done. I also have Photoshop 7, if that helps any. Does anyone know how to texture?!? That's the only thing I'm really struggling with. I've searched high and low for a simple tutorial on texturing, and can't find anything. I'm sure texturing a character involves UVW, and the thing is I just don't understand how you can take a single texture file with the head at the top, the arms on the side, and the feet at the bottom, and have the textures poportioned correctly on a model. It seems impossible. OOOOOOOOH Please help!
