FPSC Classic Product Chat / Problem with Multiplayer Build Settings

I have never made a multiplayer game with fpsc so today I decided to try one. However, for some reason, I can not edit the level settings in the build game area. The "edit" buttons are all blanked out. It works normally in single player mode, but I can not alter the backrounds, skboxes, etc. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Go file, preferences and set the checkbox in there.

No, you are not understanding what I mean. I am in multiplayer mode. Look at the screen. The edit buttons can not be clicked on.

What version are you using?
Do you have the latest DirectX?

I think it may be part of the update.(I think Lee knows that if you change an MP menu, you get an SP game.)

I am using the newest version, 1.06 RC4 with the latest directx. So I can not change the menu for a multiplayer game?

leanr about fpi scripts and change it manually the ones you wanted are found at Files\languagebank\english\gamebank\arenagame

i know how to do it manually, I want to use the gui instead. I want to know if other people are having the same issue or if it is only my computer.

Just double click on the text itself and it will open. make sure that the game file etc is in the correct area e.g TGC/My games or whatever.

you could change it to single player change the settings and change it back to multiplayer, not sure if its gonna work though just an idea

i dont think tats gonna work cause i have the same problem and the most worse problem is that i always get an error when i make executable multyplayer game
