is it possible to make a title screen that says: "my game dev company" before getting to the menu screen?

It's fully possible if you use external tools, don't remember the name of them but most have support for different title screens.

Use the search function.When you do type in Game Cover 2.
Vishnu lets you have a screen,music and a video play before your game starts.You might check that out too.
