I'll have a look at it to make sure I am also removing the position portion of the animation. In any case, a couple of frames of animation are left in the file. Why? The initial frame of animation helps setup the object in DBpro. If I were to COMPLETELY remove the animation data, then resave the object, the object would be setup a bit different. Then, when the .anim files are applied to the object, it would behave differently.
You can quickly check to see how many animation frames are stored in your object with this command:
EnAn_ObjTotalAnimFrames( ObjID )
If there are only 1 or 2 frames, then then everything is as expected. You object will still load MUCH faster than having hundreds of animation frames
