Soon, once I learn to use DarkBasic Pro (I'm only a beginner) I want to have kind of an online business. I will not pay you but everything you make to sell you can sell it anyway you like on my website. You get all the profits. The only thing you have to do is add stuff to do is help make plenty of games.

I Need:
-Idea Men (thinks of good game ideas)
-Product Review (finds loads of good products and tells me about them)
-3d Modeller (makes 3d models)
-Texture Maker (makes textures)
-Game Maker (are kind of good at everything

The best way to achieve this is to be productive yourself, once you have released a few good quality games you will find recruiting new staff much easier.

This sort of progression takes time, but a path that I myself am following - Banshee started out as me and my brother but as our releases grew in quality our staff did too, now we have professional musicians, some seriously hot 3D artists and we have the ability to knock on doors and say, 'can we have this?' and get away with it.
