3 Dimensional Chat / OpenGL Pains

Well, now that I've started working with 3D stuff again, I realized that my computer isn't set up with OpenGL. Hexagon 2 yells at me for it every time I run it. I have the DLL's and such for OpenGL 2.2, but don't know what to do with them. I'm running Windows XP Pro, and my brother who built the computer said it should have no trouble with OpenGL. I just don't know how to get it set up
