It let me do It a long time ago now I needed to re-install then when I tried to install V1.06 would not let me I have bought FPSC, have the box version and downloaded version (from TGC) whats wrong?

I checked my serial it was right and name!

No everytime I press next it just stays on the same page asking me for my serial and name

This has been covered several times so there are only two reasons for this.
1. Pirated copy of FPSC.
2. You are putting your serial number in wrong.

If you bought FPSC and if you can't figure out how to put in your serial number (don't feel stupid...it happens more than you think) then search for threads similar to this and/or contact Order & Billing Support.

Please have mercy and use the search function.
