FPSC Classic Product Chat / Doors Wont Remain Locked

I want a door to be locked until you get the key to it, I put the key and set the triggers but when I go to the door without the key it still opens..

How do I make it say "door locked" and make it open only when I get the key..

Im using fpscreatr 1.0

What do you mean "set the triggers"?
All you have to do is use the doorkey.fpi script and make sure your key has the same name as specified for the door.
You probably should look this up in the manual.

Don't like reading online manuals except to scan, especially pdf..

Is there anywhere I can buy the manual in hard copy?

You can save Nickydude's guide on your pc and print it out or print out the manual that comes with FPSC.

Make sure your key name is a custom name, and your door is named door and make sure you use the doorkey.fpi script.
