Here is the site... Click on 'models' to view the models, don't click a picture as that will lead you to only one of the catagories... Thx. URL>>>http://www.blackrayne.net<<<URL

Thanks. The problem with these models is they appear to be in a strange format that I wouldnt have the first clue how to convert to something I could use DB for such as .x or even .obj, .3ds which can be converted to .x with a bit of fiddling.

Without trying to be unkind, they're not exactly full commercial quality models, they're damn good - but there's some issues with the texturing that just makes them look a little rushed.

I'm sure people will have a field day with them though, they could certainly be setup for FPSC and sold as a model pack IMO.

ALL of these are free for commercial?!!!?!? These have the quality of the first three model packs. Before I use any of these, can you point out where he says it is free for commercial?

I like them I'm sure I can use a few in my war game and give you credit for them.

However, like many other people, I have no idea how to convert .md3 format (Quake III?) to .x Direct X format. If you can do it I'd suggest converting all your models if yuu want people with Dark basic, Dark Basic Pro, Blitz Basic, C++ DirectX to use them.

I assume you no modding rule means we can't mess with the skins? They just need dirtying up a bit to make 'em look more realaistic.

I can't download the trial my 30 days have already expired

$25/E25 isn't much, i should buy it realy, it is a great program for game modeling, but I wish he would get a payPal payment button, sending cash through the post is not good

It was a pain in the backside to buy Milkshape...I had to e-mail support to finally get it.
First, the wouldn't let me use my e-mail address.Then...well,you get the picture.
He might have more sales if were less painful to have your wisdom teeth removed than to purchase it.
On a positive note...even if you never used it to model the file conversions for Milkshape are astounding and well worth the cash.

Please have mercy and use the search function.

Thankyou! The graphics are not high end, but it is free so I cant complain as the creator had far more talent than me in any event. I converted the Honda to the .x format and it appears good.

In the past I have tried converting models into the .x model but that has not always worked. The difference I think is the format that these ones use.

May I ask if anyone can show me how to breakdown the skin on a standard .3ds model to the same format as the one attached which is from one of the models.

Any help would my MUCH appreciated!
