I'd like to know how long did it take for you guys to get your DBPro when you ordered it from RGT? Because I order mine online w/ them on May 10th and still haven't gotten it as of today. I've emailed them twice, once on May 19th, and again last week, but got no replies. I also emailed the sales at DBPro a few days ago, and asked them if they could ask RGT about it, but also didn't hear from them either. I'm furious to say the least because first, I got zero response from either support team. Second, the trial period of my DBPro had just ended yesterday, which means I'm not able to continue with my project that I've been working on for the past thirty days. Third, I don't even know the time frame that I'll be getting my DBPro and pick up my project again. This is just the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. And I'm wondering if it's just me or anybody else had gone through the same thing like I. Lastly, I'd like to know who I can contact regarding this situation. Thanks.

It took mine roughly two weeks to arrive. RGT did have a server error a bit ago so it's possible they missed your order and/or one of your emails, but I can't understand why the two others weren't replied to... maybe someone else will have more insight into this.

Good luck .

RGT sure didn't miss my order because I got a receipt email from them saying that I've paid.

It should be coming then. If the order was processed, I can't see why it wouldn't have been shipped.

Anyone?

I got mine in a week, though I know what your saying about the support teams not replying. Now I never write to them, I write to Rich.
