Hi all!

My first real contribution - using Macromedia Flash to animate sprites, create an animation-defining text file and get DBPro to play it, synced to music and all.

http://edslife.hank-wangford.net/EddiePuyo.zip

It consists of two screens - the first (Title Screen) was my initial experiment, using a timer to alter sprite positions/alphas etc. The main menu however, uses two dynamically-drawn animation layers defined in the .def text files. Poke the source code to discover how its done!

No doubt you clever sods can improve on this mess of code, I've only been using DBPro since the release of patch 4.1.

A couple of 50% size shots of it in action:

I strongly urge you to download the zip and have a look, if anything, you'll get a lot of interesting media to use x-d

The levels of the main menu are fully functional, but only the Story Mode actually does anything - and it just goes back to the title screen ^______^
