FPSC Classic Product Chat / Cut off rope to make thing fall?

Hi everybody on the forum, i wonder if there is a way to make a entity attached to a rope, and when you cut off the rope, the entity will fall down. I have attached a picture to show you what i mean.

With destroyable joint physics, this could've been possible. But FPSC doesn't support that, so nope.

Hahahahahhhaha! But seriously. FPSC dosn't support those kinds of physics well, you could try programing it in script, but it probelbly wouldn't work well.

I'm serious you could make a simple script to make it to that when you press a key the animation of the rope being cut then falling plays and the collision could be set to polygons

yeah, it's possible. All with animations though. there'd be no real physics involved.

not that much really. have your object with physics on and an invisible object holding the wall up. have a model of the rope 'fake connected' and destroyable floating above the wall and have the destroying of the rope trigger the disappearance of the invisible object. Viola! the wall falls.
