Personally, to look for qualities in a good game, I would look toward Super Mario 64.

The graphics were pleasant without being fancy.
The player has a certain amount of freedom.
The controls are good - feels natural.
The gameplay is simple.

Also, don't try to mix two kinds of game. All but the main one usually gets neglected, e.g. driving in Enter the Matrix - awful

What would Goku do?

dryll hehe Im saving MMorpg action until i have retired.
I know my personality and a game of that magnitude or interaction would waist half my life to get over. hehe thats why i should do it later.

Im fully aware of the complexity of the game as I have indepth conversations with ipak about his adventures, I know id be hooked so fast as well as listening to chat rooms and countless images and videos.

The community is definately a great point to make in games of todays standards. Thats actually a very valid point.

I dont mind who I play with as long as there not into cheating and have some high skills in the game : eg a multiple jump attack sequence or at least some insight to the games play with style.

I usually become very competent as Im sure you all do within moments of the game and fine tune those skills over a few hours learning the nuiances.

Im always accused of some aimbot thing in quake, they assume my 250 ping vs there 90 ping will let them win but silly moves means Im chating or something, very drool.

On the other hand I dont mind teaching someones whos polite regardless of race as long as they are polite and want to learn, I have no problems albeit in small doses still

I must live in a much more diverse community of the world not to worry about that. I have had many girlfriends from all over the world and they are all very interesting as well as mates from all over the world.

The other point I wanted to make is that most of the very popular games stem from some childish game albeit suped up.

warcraft - warhammer
quake - tag your it

it seems there is a correlation to the simplest of games in life
