You have to make something that's worth a good WIP, and make people want to join in. Then, instead of it literarly being a community project where everyone just throws in code, you have to get code from people and integrate it in yourself. It takes time, patience and talent.

What is a WIP?
We've already done a little work. I've just finished making the 3D world! It's a 2D game but still has 3D co-ordinates. Check it out on the Community Project thread
