Has anyone used an extended primative in Milkshape?
I can't seem to get a texture to stick.

Even when I pull the entity into MagicFPS. Assigning
a texture just changes the shade.

I am not sure if this will work but in Milkshape, make sure you select all (Ctrl+A) or select the group and then assign a smoting group. Look at the screen shot I attached. To make sure it is correct, make sure the 3d viewport has "Smooth Shaded" enabled.

actually, that would make the texture not show up. "Textured" has to be selected.

I selected "Textured." It just looks Smooth Shaded with color.

@ Havoc - Your example has been smoothed, but not textured.
